If you need to change your order information, please contact our customer service promptly at [email protected] and provide the following information: 

• Order Number
• Reasons for cancelling order

👉 Please Note:

1. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can cancel your order directly. 

2. If the package has already been scheduled for shipment and cannot be recalled, please return the product to us at the address we provide once the package has been delivered to you, with shipping costs covered by the buyer. Please note: the package must include all products and accessories. Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the products. If we find that the product has been used or if there are missing accessories, we will only issue a partial refund or no refund for your order.
