What are the requirements for the K1/K5 charger/charging cable? Can a fast charger be used? How long does it take to fully charge the K1/K5?Updated 9 months ago

Hi KK Family,

Our K1/K5 grinders use a Type-C charging cable. Users can use the included charging cable or their own cable for charging.

1. What kind of charger to use (any power requirements)?

The K1/K5 grinder does not have specific requirements for charging. Due to the built-in protection circuit, you can use a high-power charger without damaging the battery, though the charging speed will not increase.

2. When to charge the K1/K5 or when it is low on power? 

For the K1, the indicator light at the bottom will flash when the battery is low. 

For the K5, the battery indicator will show only one bar remaining, and the indicator light will turn orange.

3. How long it takes to fully charge the K1/K5? 

The K1 takes approximately 30 minutes to fully charge.

The K5 takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge.

4. How long can the K1/K5 be used on a single charge? 

The K1 can be used 4-5 times (50 mins), and the K5 can be used 40-50 times (3.5 hours) on a single charge.
