1. Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on products purchased from KactusKutter’s authorized distributors and retailers, such as Amazon, Kickstarter, and Indiegogo, are covered by our 24-month warranty, starting from the date you receive the product.
If you have requested a replacement, the replacement will continue the warranty of your original order. For example, if you purchased a KactusKutter product with a 24-month warranty and received it on 01/01/2024, and requested a replacement on 02/01/2024, the warranty period of the replacement is still from 01/01/2024 to 01/01/2026.
The warranty is restricted to the country of purchase, meaning that you can only claim the warranty in the country where you purchased the product. Please feel free to contact us directly via [email protected], whenever you find any defects in our products.

3. Not Covered Under Warranty
- The warranty covers product quality problems that occur under normal use.
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Product damage caused by the user not following the instructions
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
- Purchases from illegitimate resources
4. KactusKutter is not liable for:
- Loss incurred from the use of KactusKutter products
- Returning personal items sent to KactusKutter
- When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by KactusKutter, we take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
