What to do if there is a grinding disc friction sound when using the K5?Updated 9 months ago

Hi KK Family,

If you hear a grinding noise from the K5 during operation, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check if the Grinding Disc is Properly Connected to the Plastic Shaft

  • Step 1: Open the grinding chamber, remove the grinding disc, and check if the magnets are intact and if the grinding disc can normally adhere to the plastic shaft.
  • Step 2: Reinstall the grinding disc, press the top button to start grinding, and observe if the grinding disc wobbles significantly. If there is a large wobble, it indicates that the magnets may not be secure and the grinding disc might need to be replaced.

2. What's Next

  • If the grinding disc cannot properly adhere to the shaft or wobbles significantly: Please contact our customer service at [email protected]. We will provide a replacement grinding disc for users within the warranty period.
  • If the grinding disc wobbles slightly: This is a normal condition, the product is functioning properly, and it will not produce debris.

👉 Please note: The K5 grinder does not produce debris during operation. The grinding disc of the K5 is made of 301 food-grade stainless steel, and normal friction will not produce debris. The K5 shell complies with RoHS environmental standards.
