What to do if your K5 grinder has abnormal noise inside?Updated 9 months ago
Hi KK Family,
If you hear unusual noises when operating the K5 grinder, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check the Grinding Function
Open the grinding chamber, press the top button, and check if the grinding disc rotates normally. If it does, the internal motor is functioning properly, and the grinding function is normal.
2. Check for Unusual Noises in the Upper Part of the K5
If the noise is coming from the upper part of the grinder, try turning the grinder upside down and listen carefully for any loose sounds inside. If you hear a loose sound, it may indicate that the internal battery is loose.
3. Check for Unusual Noises in the Grinding Chamber of the K5
During normal grinding, press the top button. If you hear a friction sound inside the grinding chamber, it may be caused by the grinding disc rubbing against the sides of the grinding chamber.

What's Next
- Cannot Grind Normally: This indicates a motor malfunction. Please contact our customer service at [email protected], and we will provide a solution.
- Battery Loose Causing Noise: This does not affect the normal use of the K5. We recommend using the K5 on a flat surface for more convenient and effortless grinding.
- Grinding Disc Rubbing Against Grinding Chamber Causing Noise: This does not affect the normal use of the K5 and will not produce debris. Our grinding disc is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, and the grinding chamber complies with RoHS environmental standards, so it will not produce debris.
