What to do if your K5 grinding plate fall off / cannot be fixed?Updated 9 months ago

If you find that the grinding plate falls off or cannot be fixed to the plastic shaft during use, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
👉 Please Note: There are circular magnets on both the grinding plate and the plastic shaft to fix the grinding plate to the plastic shaft via magnetic attraction.
1. Check the Grinding Plate Magnet
Check if the grinding plate groove contains a magnet. If there is no magnet, it may be due to the grinding plate magnet falling off, causing it not to attach to the plastic shaft.
2. Check the Magnet on the Plastic Shaft
Remove the grinding plate and check if the plastic shaft contains a magnet. If there is no magnet, it may be due to the shaft magnet falling off, causing the grinding plate not to attach properly to the shaft.
3. If the Magnets on Both the Grinding Plate and Plastic Shaft Are Intact and Not Missing
Users can try using strong adhesive to glue the magnet back in place. After the adhesive has set, try reinstalling the grinding plate onto the plastic shaft and see if it still falls off. If it continues to fall off, contact our customer service at [email protected] for a replacement grinding plate or product.4. If the Magnet Is Missing
